I had electric furnace issues right before winter. They where quick at prioritizing getting the heat working. Saving me and my son from a cold winter. Thank you! Highly recommend for all heating needs.
We needed extensive work done after moving into our new (old) home in Field. A crew of 5 came out initially and spent a full day installing a new Lennox furnace, humidifier, water softener and numerous plumbing corrections needed after we moved in. Very professional, courteous, took away all their garbage. A call back was required to make some adjustments on the water softener - we were not billed any extra for this. Great service. Thank you!

Unfortunately, trying to deal with the service technician is quite the hardship. Trying to communicate with someone who thinks they are smarter than everyone is like talking to a wall. Do yourself a favour and find a company that will assist you when you need it.
We purchased a new wood stove from Parky's last winter and have absolutely loved the service, product selection and advice we were given. Our new Blaze King fireplace uses a modern burn technology that saved us likely about half of the firewood we'd burn in previous years with our old stove. The stove is performing amazing, and we are super happy!
Over a month without drinking water dealing with these people. Unacceptable.
Furnace quit in the -18C weather-everyones nightmare. Cooper came out and persisted when the obvious solution "the igniter" wasn't the issue and a "smart valve" was the problem. They lent us space heaters as well. Another company in Golden that we called first and spoke with someone who said they would call us back about when they could come out. When we called back ourselves whoever then answered didn't know anything about our first call. Thanks to Cooper we had heat again within 24 hours.
We were having a gas line installed from our tank to our generator and it took us a little while to get an appointment because of the time of year and shortage of gas fitters in Golden. Despite it being pushed back a few days to after we got snow, we had such a fantastic experience with Cooper at Parky's. He came out, was super friendly, did a great job and was a really good sport, despite our driveway being icy and us having to slowly work our way up. Without question I will be using Parky's again and again in the future and asking for Cooper whenever he is available.
